At Pylon Electronics, we offer one-stop service for all your calibration needs. Not only can we provide in-lab and customer-site solutions but we can also take care of your unique or specialized calibration and repair requirements by utilizing our many vendor relationships in the metrology community.
Our reference standards are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through a National Metrological Institute and all our laboratories are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. All vendors we use need to be approved in our quality system and we demand the service our customers have come to expect from Pylon.

Calibration
Your instruments are calibrated using up to date calibration procedures and traceable calibration standards…
Our 3 laboratories are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited.
Expedited service
The turn-around time for calibration is, on average, five working days from receipt of equipment at our laboratories.
This period excludes the shipping time and delays caused by a repair, lack of required documentation, missing accessories, instruments contracted or found not to meet specification during the course of the calibration process.
Inspection and cleaning
All equipment is inspected and cleaned prior to calibration.
If we discover deficiencies or damage during this inspection, we will notify you promptly.
Customer Portal
Pylon Electronics has a Web application that allows you to log into our database – anywhere, anytime.
You will be able to examine the current state of your equipment, access historical calibration records, produce summary reports, and create recall lists.
Data sheets
Calibration results and a calibration certificate are provided for each calibrated unit.
Pick-up and delivery
Our complimentary pick-up and delivery service may be available to you!
Due to our truck routes, the use of this service may affect the return time of equipment. We do not include travel time with quoted turn-around.
Automatic recall
We provide monthly automatic test equipment recalls or you may create your own using our Customer Portal.
This system will help you meet the quality requirements of ISO 9000 and QS-9001-2008.

Pylon Electronics has experienced technologists to undertake the repair of your test equipment. We have an extensive library of technical information from many manufacturers, such as Agilent, Keysight, Fluke, Tektronix, Marconi. Repaired equipment is calibrated to manufacture specifications.
