ISO/IEC 17025
Our Quality Management System is defined by ISO/IEC 17025 Standards that meet the ISO 9001 requirements.
Since November 28, 2015, Pylon endorsed this comprehensive standard encompasses all aspects of calibration and laboratory tests. In the current market, this is the only standard that verifies the skills of laboratory technologists. It should be mentioned that ISO 9001 was based on quality management systems alone, therefore, Pylon Electronics has officially adopted the ISO/IEC 17025 standard as the only standard for our Quality Management System.
This standard was written specifically for Calibration and Testing Labs and is therefore more comprehensive and inclusive of all aspects of our industry. It is the only standard that actually verifies the technical competency of the lab. In contrast, the ISO 9001 standard is only focused on the quality management system.
